Refund policy
Please note, we DO NOT accept returns or cancellations for change of mind or sizing issues as items are made to order. If you have a printing error or another issue, please reach out within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a reprint.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, however please reach out if you have an issue with your order.
Refunds
If you reported an issue with our product, we will notify you if you are eligible for a refund via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
